UK delivery times

How UK production and delivery windows work, why production varies by product, plus embroidery and rush options.

UK delivery times

UK orders run on two clocks: production, then delivery.

We make everything to order, so production time depends on the product and the decoration you pick. Each product page shows its own lead time, and where a faster turnaround is available you choose it at checkout. Delivery then adds the courier transit time on top.

  • Production: varies by product. Shown on every product page and again in your basket, before you pay. A standard print is quickest; embroidery and specialist finishes take longer.
  • UK delivery: 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most parcels, DHL Express for heavier kits and rush orders.

You see the full window, production plus delivery, before you order. We confirm the production start in the order email and the dispatch in the shipping email, with a tracking link.

What changes production time

  • Decoration method. Embroidery and specialist finishes set up separately to the print queue, so they run longer than a standard print.
  • Order size. Larger runs are produced in batches. We schedule and confirm a dispatch date in the order email.
  • Multi-recipient orders. No extra time per parcel; we batch and ship in parallel. Total dispatch is the slowest single parcel.

What does not change it

  • A design we have produced for you before. We cache the approved proof.
  • Ordering on a Friday. Production starts the next working day either way.

Rush orders

For genuine rush orders, reply to the order email or contact us before placing the order. We can often bring production forward for an extra fee. The cost depends on the order size and the destination courier. We confirm the cost and revised dispatch date in writing before charging.

Office closures

We are closed weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed Friday night through Sunday start production the next working day. UK bank holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, early May bank holiday, spring bank holiday, summer bank holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
