What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your login session or the contents of your cart.
We use cookies for two purposes: to make the site work (strictly necessary) and to understand how people use it (analytics). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Our support chat is first-party and writes only the strictly necessary cookie that lets you see the tickets you filed.

Managing your preferences
You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends a GPC header, we treat it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and support cookies.
You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions vary by browser:

Changes to this policy
