What is the minimum order?
Most products start at 25 units per design. A few start lower. The minimum is shown on each product page, so you can check before you add to a quote.
How long does an order take?
Production runs 5 to 10 working days once your artwork is approved, plus 2 to 3 working days for delivery. Tell us your date and we confirm the in hand date in writing before you order.
Where is everything printed?
Every product is printed and finished in the UK, in our own facilities and with long term partners. Each product page lists the print method and the materials.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. You can buy a blank sample to check the product, or a printed sample to sign off your artwork before the full run. Both are ordered from the product page.
What artwork do you need?
Send a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a PNG at 300 dpi. If your file is not print ready, our team fixes it and sends a proof back for approval at no charge.
Do you offer business accounts and invoicing?
Yes. Approved business accounts get Net 30 invoicing, tiered pricing from 50 units, and a named contact. Ask about a business account when you request a quote.
