What is the minimum order for branded hoodies?
There is no hard minimum. You can buy a single hoodie as a sample to approve the fabric and the stitch, then order from 25 upward for a branded run. Most company orders sit between 50 and 500 hoodies, whether they are for a new starter pack, a team kit or an event.
Should I choose embroidered or printed hoodies?
Both work, and they suit different jobs. Embroidered hoodies read as the premium option for corporate gifting and uniform: the logo is stitched into the fabric, so it survives years of washing without fading. Print suits larger artwork, brighter colours and back-of-garment designs. Send us your logo and we will recommend the method, with a digital proof to sign off before we decorate.
How heavy is the fabric, and which weight should I pick?
Our core hoodie is 400gsm GOTS certified cotton: a heavyweight body that holds its shape and reads as a premium piece rather than a giveaway. The crew and half zip sweatshirts are 350gsm brushed back cotton, a touch lighter for everyday wear. Heavier fabric costs a little more per unit but lasts longer, which is why most corporate hoodies we ship are 350gsm or above.
How long do branded hoodies take, and can you hit a deadline?
A standard embroidered or printed run ships in 5 to 10 working days from artwork sign off. Everything is decorated in the UK, so there is no overseas freight to wait on. If you have a fixed event or onboarding date, tell us and we will confirm the in hand date in writing before you order.
Do you offer bulk pricing and Net 30 for companies?
Yes. The unit price drops as the quantity rises, so 500 hoodies cost less per unit than 50. Send us the quantity and we will return tiered pricing for your bulk hoodies the same day. Approved business accounts can pay on Net 30.
Can I order samples and check sizing first?
Yes. Order a single hoodie as a blank or printed sample to check the fabric, the fit and the decoration before you commit to a run. Our hoodies are cut to a UK fit and run from XS to 3XL, and we will send a size guide so you can collect sizes from the team before the order goes in.
