It is branded stock you have already produced, held with Norma as your own inventory. You buy a batch once at a better unit price, we hold it, and you ship items from it on demand to any address. It suits teams that send the same branded kit repeatedly: new starters, client gifts, event stock.
You request a shipment from your account. Each send goes to one recipient, packed and dispatched from your held stock. The shipment is booked with the courier automatically and the tracking number is stamped back onto the send, so you can follow each parcel without contacting us.
Yes. Swag Locker holds merchandise Norma has produced for you. We agree the production schedule for your batch before it is added to your available stock.
It is built for business accounts that send branded kit on an ongoing basis rather than in one go. If you run new starter kits, client gifting, or event stock, the locker turns repeat orders into one batch you draw from over time.
Storage: 10p per item per month, billed monthly for the days stored.
The courier cost of each send, at cost, is added to your organisation's next invoice.
