Swag locker

Hold your stock with us, ship it when you need it

Print a batch of branded kit once at a better unit price. We hold it as your stock and ship it on demand, one recipient at a time, to any address.

Most company swag is ordered, stored in a cupboard, and forgotten. The swag locker keeps your branded stock with us instead, ready to ship the moment you need it.

You produce a run in the quantity that earns the best unit price. We hold it as your own inventory and you draw it down over time, sending one item to one address whenever the need comes up. There is no fresh order, no new setup cost, and no waiting on a reprint.

Everything is printed in the UK before it goes into the locker, so the quality is known. Approved business accounts are billed on Net 30 for production, holding, and every send.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Print once, at a better price

Produce a batch of branded kit in the quantity that earns the keenest unit price. One run, printed in the UK, instead of small reorders that each carry a setup cost.

  2. Step 2

We hold it as your stock

The run ships to the Norma warehouse and sits as your own inventory. You see every lot, the quantity received, and how much is left, from your account.

  3. Step 3

Ship it when you need it

Draw stock down whenever the need comes up: a new starter, a client gift, a conference stand. Each send goes to one address, packed and dispatched from your held stock.

  4. Step 4

    Tracking comes back to you

Every draw is booked with the courier automatically and the tracking number is stamped back onto it, so you can see where each parcel is without chasing.

Who it is for

New starter kits
Hold a set of branded items and ship a welcome pack to each new hire on their start date, wherever they live, without placing a fresh order every time.
Client and partner gifts
Keep a stock of gifts ready to go. When a deal closes or a relationship needs marking, send one from the locker the same day.
Events and stands
Produce conference stock ahead of the season and draw down what each event needs, rather than guessing the quantity for one date.
Remote and distributed teams
One held batch covers a team spread across the country. Each person gets their kit shipped to their own address from the same stock.

Pair it with a company store

Give your team a branded store to order their own kit from, within a set budget, fulfilled from the same held stock. The locker holds the inventory; the store lets people draw from it themselves.

Swag locker FAQs

Holding stock, shipping on demand, storage and billing, answered.

What is a swag locker?
It is branded stock you have already produced, held with Norma as your own inventory. You buy a batch once at a better unit price, we hold it, and you ship items from it on demand to any address. It suits teams that send the same branded kit repeatedly: new starters, client gifts, event stock.
How does shipping from the locker work?
You draw stock down from your account. Each send goes to one recipient, packed and dispatched from your held stock. The draw is booked with the courier automatically and the tracking number is stamped back onto the send, so you can follow each parcel without contacting us.
Do I have to produce the stock with Norma first?
Yes. The locker holds stock we have produced for you, printed in the UK, so the quality and the branding are known before it goes into inventory. A standard printed run is ready in 5 to 10 working days from artwork sign off, then it ships to the warehouse and becomes your held stock.
Is there a fee to store stock?
Each lot is held free for the first 60 days. After that, storage is billed at 10 pence per remaining unit per month, charged to your organisation. Drawing stock down steadily keeps storage low, and slow-moving lines are easy to spot from the account.
Who is the swag locker for?
It is built for business accounts that send branded kit on an ongoing basis rather than in one go. If you run new starter kits, client gifting, or event stock, the locker turns repeat orders into one batch you draw from over time.
How are draws and storage paid for?
Approved business accounts are billed on Net 30. Courier cost and any storage are raised to your organisation, so a single account covers production, holding, and every send.
