A branded store your team orders from

Give your team a storefront of curated merch, branded as your own, with an optional per-member budget and your own access rules. Norma makes and ships every order.

A company store puts your branded merch behind one link. You choose the products, brand the store, and decide who can order. Your team does the rest, picking their own items and sizes and ordering to their own address.

You stay in control without becoming the bottleneck. Curate the range so nothing off-brand goes out, set a per-member budget so spend stays predictable, and gate access so only the right people order. No central admin places every order by hand.

Norma produces and ships every order, printed in the UK. A store can also sell from your held swag locker stock, so people draw from inventory you have already produced. Approved business accounts are billed on Net 30.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Curate the range

Pick the products that go in the store, from a single hoodie to a full kit. The store shows only what you have chosen, so no one orders off-brand.

  2. Step 2

    Brand it

Set a logo, an accent colour, and a font. The store carries your branding, not ours, so it reads as a company storefront the moment someone opens it.

  3. Step 3

    Set the rules

Choose who can order: open to anyone with the link, members only, invite only, or password protected. Add an optional per-member monthly budget so spend stays in hand.

  4. Step 4

    We fulfil it

Your team orders for themselves and Norma produces and ships each order. The store can also sell from your held swag locker stock, drawing on inventory you already paid for.

Who it is for

Team kit on a budget
Let staff order their own kit within a monthly allowance. People pick the size and the items they want, and spend stays inside the budget you set.
Distributed teams
A store works for a team in one office or spread across the country. Each person orders to their own address, with no central admin placing every order.
Reseller and partner stores
Stand up a branded store for a partner or franchise to order approved merch from, with prices set on your held stock and sales paid out to you.
Events and campaigns
Open a store for an event or a campaign, share the link, and close it when it is done. The range and the rules are yours to set each time.

Stock it from your swag locker

Produce a branded run once, hold it with us, and sell it through the store. The swag locker holds the inventory; the company store is the self-serve front your team orders it from.

Company store FAQs

Access rules, budgets, branding and fulfilment, answered.

What is a company store?
It is a branded online storefront your team orders merch from. You curate the range, brand the store with your logo, colour and font, and set who can access it. Norma produces and ships every order, so you do not place orders on anyone else's behalf.
Can I control who can order from the store?
Yes. A store can be open to anyone with the link, members only, invite only, or password protected. You share an invitation link with the people who should have access, and only they can join and order.
Can I set a budget per person?
Yes. You can set an optional monthly budget per member. Each member sees what they have left for the month, and the checkout holds spend inside the allowance, so a team can order their own kit without going over.
How does branding work?
You set a logo, an accent colour, and a font, and they are applied across the store pages. The store carries your branding rather than the Norma look, so it reads as your own storefront to the people who order from it.
Who makes and ships the orders?
Norma does. Products are printed in the UK and a standard run is ready in 5 to 10 working days from artwork sign off. A store can also sell from your held swag locker stock, which ships from inventory you have already produced.
How is a company store set up?
Tell us the products, the branding, and the access rules you want, and we will set the store up with you. Business-account owners and admins can also create and edit stores themselves from their workspace. Approved accounts are billed on Net 30.
