How long is the call?
Twenty five minutes. Five minutes discovery, fifteen minutes demo, five minutes pricing and fit. We book a 50 minute follow up only when the first call surfaces enough that a longer conversation is genuinely useful.
Who runs the call?
A Norma team member, senior enough to answer pricing, lead times, and artwork questions on the call.
Do I need a pitch deck or RFP?
No. Bring a rough recipient count, a deadline, and any artwork if you have it. Procurement and finance constraints are useful but not required up front.
Can I get a quote without booking a call?
Yes. Send the SKU list, quantity, and shipping geography to hello@normamade.com. We reply in writing with a quote within 48 hours. The call is for buyers who want to see the platform in action.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send your mutual NDA after booking and we return it signed before the call.
