What is the minimum order for branded mugs?
There is no hard minimum. You can buy a single mug as a sample to approve the print, then order from 25 upward for a branded run. Most company orders sit between 50 and 500 mugs, whether they are for a new starter welcome pack, a client gift or an event giveaway.
Ceramic, enamel or travel mug: which should I choose?
All three suit different jobs. Ceramic mugs are the office kitchen staple: a heavyweight glazed body that holds heat and reads as the premium desk mug. Enamel mugs are lighter and harder wearing, built for the offsite, the field day or the campsite. Travel mugs are insulated with a leakproof lid for the commute. Tell us where the mug will be used and we will recommend the right one.
How do you brand the mugs, and which method is best?
We brand mugs in the UK to suit the body. Ceramic and enamel mugs take a printed wrap or a single colour logo that is fired or cured so it survives the dishwasher. Travel mugs are pad printed or engraved for a finish that will not rub off. Send your logo and we will set out the options, with a digital proof to sign off before we print. This is how most custom mugs and logo mugs are ordered.
How long do branded mugs take to produce?
A standard printed run ships in 5 to 10 working days from artwork sign off. Everything is decorated in the UK, so there is no overseas freight to wait on. If you have a fixed event date, tell us and we will confirm the in hand date in writing before you order.
Do you offer bulk pricing and Net 30?
Yes. The unit price drops as the quantity rises, so 500 mugs cost less per unit than 50. Send us the quantity and we will return tiered pricing for your bulk mugs the same day. Approved business accounts can pay on Net 30.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe and durable?
Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, and the printed enamel mugs are built to take knocks without chipping the design. Travel mug bodies are dishwasher safe; we recommend washing the lid by hand to protect the seal. These are mugs made to be kept and reused, not left at the back of a cupboard.
