Welcome kits and milestone gifts shipped to one or many recipients on a single approval.
People Ops teams inherit the merch programme by default. The supplier list is usually three to five deep, the recipient list lives in a different system, and the kit lands a week after the new hire starts. Norma is built to remove every step of that. One workspace, one supplier, multi address dispatch, Net 30 invoicing.
Pain points we hear
- New hire kits arrive after day one because lead times are unpredictable.
- Sizing data lives in five places and never matches the order.
- Four suppliers, four invoices, four lead times.
- Brand consistency drifts year on year as the cheap supplier changes blanks.
- International recipients sit at the back of the queue.
What Norma changes
Workspace with roles and approvals
A single workspace per company, with admin, approver, and ordering member roles. Approval rules route orders over a threshold to the approver, in app and via Slack.
Multi address shipping on one approval
Upload a CSV of recipients. Address validation runs at upload. The order ships to every recipient on a single approval with per recipient tracking on one order page.
Net 30 invoicing
Single monthly invoice with PO reference. Credit decision in writing within 48 hours of submitting the request.
Spec controlled catalogue
Every product page publishes GSM, certification number, and country of origin. Reorders land at the same spec.
Programme shapes we see
- New hire welcome kits, triggered automatically from BambooHR, HiBob, or Workday.
- Anniversary kits at year one, three, and five milestones.
- Leaver gifting and retirement kits.
- All hands event merch and offsite kits.
- Internal launch day apparel for product moments.
