International shipping
We ship to the UK, EU, US, and most of Asia Pacific. Per-country shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
Indicative costs (typical 1.2 kg welcome kit)
- UK: £6 to £9.
- Ireland: £12 to £18.
- EU zone 1 (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy): £14 to £22.
- EU zone 2 (Nordics, Baltics, Greece): £18 to £28.
- Switzerland: £24 to £36.
- US: £24 to £40.
- Asia Pacific: £30 to £55.
These are typical for a single welcome kit. Larger orders ship at a lower per-parcel cost. Checkout shows the exact cost for your basket and destination.
Delivery windows
- EU: 3 to 7 working days after production.
- US: 5 to 10 working days.
- Asia Pacific: 7 to 14 working days.
Add production time (2 to 4 working days) to get the door-to-door window.
EU customs and VAT
Items under EUR 150 to consumers: we handle VAT via IOSS, so the destination delivery is door-to-door with no surprises. Items over EUR 150: country-specific VAT and customs may apply at destination; the courier will collect on delivery or send a payment request before delivery.
For B2B orders to a VAT-registered EU buyer, we ship under reverse-charge VAT. Provide the VAT number at checkout and we apply the rule automatically.
Non-EU customs
Non-EU orders may attract customs duty and import VAT at the destination. We do not collect these at checkout; the courier handles them on the destination side and bills the recipient. Typical duty on apparel is 5 to 15 percent of the order value; check the destination country's customs page if exact numbers matter to you.

- Asia Pacific: DHL or FedEx.
The shipping email lists the courier and tracking number for each parcel.
Where we do not ship
We do not ship to mainland China, Russia, or to addresses on UK or EU sanctions lists. We also do not ship to PO boxes outside the UK and US (some couriers refuse them).
