When will my refund arrive

Refunds run on the original payment method. Timing depends on which method you used:

  • Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). 5 to 10 working days from approval. We trigger the refund through Stripe the same day we approve; the rest is your card issuer's timing.
  • Klarna. 5 to 10 working days. Klarna processes on their schedule once we trigger the refund.
  • Apple Pay or Google Pay. Same as the underlying card.
  • Net 30 invoice. A credit is applied against your next invoice. If you would rather have the credit paid back to your bank, reply to the email and we will arrange a bank refund within 5 working days.

Partial refunds

Sometimes a refund is partial, for example a quantity discount that no longer applies after one item is removed. We confirm the partial amount in the approval email before triggering it.

What to do if it has not arrived

Card refunds occasionally take longer than 10 working days due to card issuer delays. If you do not see it after 10 working days, reply to the order email with the order number and we will trace it. Most of the time the funds are with the issuer, who has not yet posted them.

Currency

Refunds run in the currency the order was placed in. For UK orders that is always GBP. International orders refund in GBP and the destination bank converts at the rate on the day of the refund.
