How exchanges work
The fastest exchange route is to raise a return for the original and place a new order for the replacement. We do not run a same-thread swap because production starts immediately and a swap risks a longer wait.
The two-step exchange
- Raise a return for the original. Pick "refund" as the outcome.
- Place a new order for the replacement. Use the same design (if applicable) and the corrected size or product.
If we caused the original issue (print error, defect, wrong item), we cover the return shipping on the first item and the outbound shipping on the second. Reply to the return approval email and we will refund the shipping on the new order once it ships.
When exchanges are not available
For sizing-only swaps on customised items, you ordered, approved, and we made. UK consumer law treats made-to-order as outside the right to cancel. To avoid sizing surprises, order a sample kit first; see the sample kit ordering article.
For unprinted base items (plain tees, blanks), we do accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days, but the item must come back unworn and untagged. We refund the item value; the shipping each way is on the customer.
Speed
A typical exchange takes:
- 1 working day to approve the return.
- 2 to 4 working days to produce the replacement.
- 2 to 3 working days UK delivery.
Around 6 to 8 working days end to end. Reply to the order email if you need it faster and we will see what we can do.
