Buying from a company store
Some companies run a store on Norma to sell their branded goods to the public. This article covers what changes when you buy from one.
Who sells you the goods
The company that owns the store is the seller. You see its name in three places:
- On the store page, under the items: "Sold by" and the company name.
- At checkout, above the pay button.
- In your dispatch email.
The company takes your payment through its own payment account. Your contract for the goods is with that company.
What Norma sells
Norma sells the delivery of your order. Your receipt and dispatch email show this as "Shipping sold by Norma". Where the company keeps its stock with us, we also sell the company the storage of that stock. You do not pay for storage.
VAT receipts
The company issues your VAT receipt for the goods. If you need a VAT receipt, or a correction to one, ask the company.
Returns, refunds and chargebacks
The company handles returns and refunds for the goods, and any chargeback on your payment. Your statutory rights for the goods are against the company.
To raise a return or ask for a refund, contact the company through the details on its store. If you cannot reach the company, email hello@normamade.com with your order details and we will pass your message on.
Delivery questions
Norma handles delivery. If your parcel is late, damaged in transit or missing, email hello@normamade.com with the tracking number from your dispatch email. Store checkout delivers to UK addresses.
