We work with three kinds of partner. Each one is a real, signed agreement, not a logo wall.

Resellers

For agencies and consultancies that order swag on behalf of their clients.

You manage the brief and the client relationship; we manage the catalogue, the print run, and the fulfilment. Reseller margin is set on a tiered basis against the rolling twelve month volume. Net 30 invoicing comes as standard. Your client never sees Norma branding on the packaging unless you want them to.

What resellers get from Norma:

Agencies (creative and design)

For brand, design, and packaging agencies that ship campaigns or launches with branded items in them.

Agency partnerships are project shaped, not retainer shaped. We work on a per project basis: we get briefed on the campaign, we propose the items, we mock them up, we deliver. The agency owns the client relationship and the creative direction; we own the manufacturing, the print, and the delivery.

Procurement platforms

For companies that procure through a managed platform: Coupa, Ariba, Concur, or a custom internal system.

Norma is set up to plug into procurement platforms via a punch out catalogue, a static SKU sheet, or a flat file feed, depending on the buyer's system. We hold an active vendor record under each platform's onboarding pack. We can issue PO referenced invoices, accept blanket POs, and run a managed catalogue restricted to the buyer's approved SKU list.

What we do not do

Becoming a partner

Three steps, four to six weeks end to end.

  1. Introductory call. Twenty five minutes. We learn what you do, you learn what we do. No pitch deck required.
  2. Pilot project. A real order at real volume. We agree the margin, the lead time, and the packaging up front.
  3. Signed agreement. A two page partner agreement covering margin, payment terms, IP, and termination. No exclusivity clauses.
