Ordering a sample
A sample lets you handle the fabric and check the fit before committing to a larger run. Open any product page and use Buy a sample to order a single unit of that product.
What you can include
- One garment per sample, in the colour and size you pick.
- A blank sample: the product as supplied, with no print, so you can check the base quality.
- A printed sample: the product with your design on it, where the product offers one.
To compare sizes or products, order a sample of each.
Cost
The price of each sample, blank or printed, shows in the Buy a sample window on the product page, before you add it to your cart.
How to order
- Open the product page.
- Click Buy a sample and pick the colour and size.
- Add the blank sample to your cart, or click Design a printed sample, set up your artwork in the design lab and add the sample from there.
- Check out as normal.
Delivery is to UK addresses only. A printed sample goes through production first, like any printed order.
Returning what does not fit
Samples do not come with a return label. Our returns policy covers them like any other order.
What samples are not
- Not a print proof. We provide digital mockups in the configurator for that. If you need a physical proof before a large run, ask us.
- Not a B2B-only product. Anyone can order a sample.
