Ordering a sample kit
A sample kit lets you handle the fabric and check the fit before committing to a 50-unit run. We send up to 5 garments in different sizes and cuts. You keep what fits; we collect the rest on a pre-paid label.
What you can include
- Up to 5 garments per kit. Mix tees, hoodies, polos, and sweatshirts.
- Mix sizes (S, M, L, XL) so you can compare on a real body.
- Mix cuts (relaxed, fitted, oversized) on the same base to see the difference side by side.
We do not print the samples. Samples ship in stock colours so you can feel the base fabric without the lead time of a printed run.
Cost
Sample kits cost GBP 25. We refund the GBP 25 against your first production order of 50 units or more. If you do not place a production order within 30 days, the GBP 25 covers the kit and the return shipping.
For B2B workspaces on Net 30 terms, the GBP 25 is invoiced on the next monthly statement.
How to order
- Go to the sample kit page (under the catalogue or via the storefront B2B walkthrough).
- Pick up to 5 garments.
- Add to cart and check out as normal.
Delivery: 2 to 3 working days UK, 3 to 7 working days EU. We do not produce samples to order, so there is no production lead time.
Returning what does not fit
Each kit ships with a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label. Pack what you do not want back into the original bag, attach the label, and drop it at any Royal Mail post box or post office.
We accept returns up to 14 days from the delivery date. Beyond that, the kit becomes yours.
What sample kits are not
- Not a print proof. We provide digital mockups in the configurator for that; a physical print proof costs GBP 35 and ships in 5 to 7 working days.
- Not a long-term loan. Items must come back within 14 days or stay yours.
- Not a B2B-only product. Anyone can order a sample kit.
