Who runs the call?

A Norma team member, senior enough to answer pricing, lead times, and artwork questions on the call.

What if 25 minutes is not enough?

We book a 50 minute follow up at the end of the first call if there is more to cover. Most procurement teams use one call.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send your mutual NDA after booking and we will return it signed before the call.

Can you give us a quote without a call?

Yes for standard orders. Send the SKU, quantity and shipping geography to hello@normamade.com and we will reply with a written quote within 48 hours.
