Frequently asked

Tailored to apparel. Open each question to read the answer.

It depends on the garment. Where the supplier states the fabric and weight, the product page shows them in its description and specification.

Each garment offers its own methods, such as direct to garment printing or embroidery, and the design tool offers exactly those. Direct to garment printing suits detailed, full-colour artwork. Embroidery suits simple logos on heavier fabrics.

The product page lists the sizes in garment order and greys out any size that is out of stock. Where the supplier publishes measurements, the size guide on the product page shows them.

Yes, where the product page offers "Buy a sample": it orders one unit at the price shown there.

Production takes from 3 working days once the artwork is approved, then delivery on top.

You can order a single unit. The unit price drops at 25, 50, 100 and 250 units. The price table on this page shows each step.
