What is the drinkware material?
Ceramic mugs are lead and cadmium tested per batch. Stainless bottles are food-grade 18/8 steel. Enamel mugs are enamel over carbon steel from a UK ISO 9001 finisher.
Is the drinkware dishwasher and microwave safe?
Ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Stainless and enamel are dishwasher-safe on the top rack only; do not microwave.
How is the design applied?
Ceramic: kiln-cured sublimation or pad print. Stainless: laser engrave or pad print. Enamel: screen print under the enamel firing. The product page lists the method for each line.
What is the lead time?
Two to four working days production. Two to three working days for UK delivery on top. International shipping adds the destination transit time.
