Each colour in the design gets its own mesh screen. Ink is pressed through the open parts of the screen onto the product, one colour at a time, then cured with heat.
Because the screens are made once per design, the unit price falls quickly as the quantity rises.
Logos and type with flat, solid colours print best.
Send vector artwork (SVG, PDF or EPS) where you can. Photographs and soft gradients suit a digital method better.
