Stephen Crowther
Founder of Norma. Previously Superkin and Superwild.
Stephen Crowther founded Norma after a decade ordering company merch for software teams that wanted the kit to read as well as the product. He is also the founder of Superkin (pet health, 2018) and Superwild (pet nutrition, 2022), both direct to consumer brands trading in the UK and EU.
The thread between the three brands is the same operating thesis: find a category where the legacy players have stopped trying, build the version the founder would buy themselves, and ship it. The lessons that landed in Norma came from ordering the merch at three software companies between 2010 and 2018, on the other side of the supplier desk.
