Question 1

What is the minimum order?

Accepted Answer

Minimum quantities depend on the product and personalisation method. Check the product’s ordering options, or contact us if you need a smaller quantity.

Question 2

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the products, quantities and personalisation. Production begins after artwork approval, with delivery time added afterwards. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible.

Question 3

Where is everything printed?

Accepted Answer

Every product is made to order by our production partners. The design tool shows the print methods each product offers, and the product page states its materials.

Question 4

Can I order a sample first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can buy a blank sample to check the product, or a printed sample to sign off your artwork before the full run. Both are ordered from the product page.

Question 5

What artwork do I need?

Accepted Answer

Check the file guidance for your chosen product and branding method. Vector artwork is usually best for logos; image files need enough resolution at the final print size. If you’re unsure, send us your file and we’ll advise.

Question 6

Do you offer business accounts and invoicing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Approved business accounts get Net 30 invoicing, and volume pricing starts at 25 units for everyone. Ask about a business account when you request a quote.
